The travel agent career found Brook in 2011. As she stumbled in, she had no idea what exactly her future held, but she quickly realized that she had found her lifetime career. A perfect union of her passion for travel, her desire to learn about new cultures and her drive for superb customer service, Brook has now helped countless families plan their vacations. She has planned Walt Disney World vacations, ocean & river cruises, trips to Hawaii, Mexico, Jamaica, Europe, the National Parks, Universal Orlando, and more.
In late 2020 Brook and her family moved abroad to Germany. She abruptly learned that she could not easily transfer her successful travel business from one country to another and had to leave her business behind during this massive life change. Fast-forward to early 2022 and Brook has navigated the paperwork to satisfy the German government and has returned to the travel industry, and happily joined Outlander Travel!
Brook’s specialty is planning vacations to Disney destinations, Universal Orlando, and cruises. She is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge with extensive first-hand experience at Walt Disney World and Disneyland. She has been to Disney Aulani multiple times, spent many hours onboard Disney Cruise Line, has experience with Adventures by Disney, Universal Orlando and Royal Caribbean. She has attended Agent Training Programs at all Disney destinations, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, Royal Caribbean and Universal Orlando. She has been honored to attend several industry events, including the Family Travel Advisor Forum, Cruise World, and the Global Travel Marketplace.
