The travel industry found Brook in 2011. 

As she stumbled in, she had no idea what exactly her future held, but she quickly realized that she had found her lifetime career—a perfect union of her passion for travel, her desire to explore new cultures and her commitment to top-notch customer service. Over the years, Brook has helped countless families craft unforgettable vacations spanning Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Universal Orlando, ocean and river cruises, trips to Hawaii, Mexico, Jamaica, European destinations, the National Parks, and more.

In late 2020, Brook and her family took a bold leap and moved abroad to Germany. This life change brought fresh challenges but opened amazing opportunities to deepen her firsthand knowledge of European travel—knowledge she brings to every client’s journey. Fun fact: wherever Brook goes, she makes a point to hug a palm tree—giving herself the playful title of “International Palm Tree Hugger!” From palm trees in Florida to unlikely ones in Ireland, London, and Germany, those hugs are her signature travel tradition and a reminder to embrace every destination with open arms.

Brook’s heart and specialty is planning theme park vacations and cruises. She’s a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, with extensive personal experience at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris. Having visited Disney’s Aulani multiple times and spent countless hours aboard Disney Cruise Line, her expertise also extends to Adventures by Disney, Universal Orlando, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Royal Caribbean. Brook’s dedication to staying ahead of the curve has taken her to agent training programs at Disney destinations worldwide, Universal Orlando, various European countries, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, plus major industry events like the Family Travel Advisor Forum, Cruise World, and the Global Travel Marketplace.
