In an era where everyone’s watching their dollars and chasing more time, I want to talk about how to hang onto both when you’re planning your next trip. Because there are obvious ways to lose time and money while traveling – and yes, check your passport expiration date – but there are also sneakier decisions that seem totally reasonable in the moment and end up making your trip harder than it needs to be. Today we’re walking through three of the most common planning mistakes I see as a travel advisor, and exactly how to avoid them.
